the theme this year is BREATH. each cycle shows seasonally aligned illustration of breath across various species of plants, animals, fungi. the shared embodiment of all things, sharing one atmosphere. breath is the giver of life, the rhythm setter, the carrier of songs.

the tracker arranges time by moon cycles with gregorian dates written for reference. spans 1/13/2024 - 12/30/2024, the moon cycles which roughly correspond to the winter solstices. astrological progressions of the sun and the moon are written.

it is a tool to reflect on the movement of time in an earth-honoring way. to be used for tracking life aspects such as health, body fluctuations, gardening, fermenting, dreams, ecological observations, or as a creativity prompt/art therapy practice. in black+white with margin space for adding your own coloring and illustrations.
